Get to know the special features of the individual Creole dishes, followed by a step-by-step cooking class. Enjoy your Creole creations and go home with unforgettable memories.

1st stage: dealer market
From 11 a.m. you will stroll through the dealer market with Marthe to find the best vegetables, the best spices, the finest meat and the best fish. You will have the opportunity to talk to the traders in these markets.
2nd stage: Creole cooking course.
Everyone gets back in their car and drives to Baie St. Anne (10 minutes drive).
Everyone is involved in the preparation of lunch: from traditional chicken curry and fish ala creol cooked over a wood fire to mini banana cakes.
3rd stage: Creole lunch
Aperitif "Rum Punch", samosas and fresh tropical fruit juice.
Two main courses: a meat and a fish dish (curry) with rice, seasonal vegetables &
Creole octopus salad.
A dessert.
The offer is guaranteed to take place with a minimum of 2 participants. All material is provided.
Free for children under 5 accompanied by their parents (maximum 2 children).
