Maisonette & penthouse apartment
The maisonette consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and shower, on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king-size double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. Each room has an in-room safe, ceiling fan and a private terrace. On the ground floor there is a large, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fridge / freezer with a spacious living and dining area with flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, guest toilet, washing machine with integrated tumble dryer and a furnished balcony with 20 m2 catering for outdoor dining and relaxation.
The penthouse with 1 bedroom consists of an open, fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, 4-ring stove, fridge / freezer and a dining area. The separate, air-conditioned bedroom with its own bathroom and shower has a flat-screen TV, a study area, a small balcony, a seating area and a storage room. There is a washing machine with a foldable clothes horse.
The 2 bedroom penthouse is a spacious 145 m2 unit on one level with a separate fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room with flat screen TV, ceiling fan, guest toilet and a furnished balcony of 18 m2. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and integrated tumble dryer. The large master bedroom with a king-size bed is air-conditioned and has a sitting area, a study area, a storage room, a private terrace and an en suite bathroom and shower. The second air-conditioned bedroom has a king-size double bed with its own terrace and an en suite bathroom with shower.
The Terrace Studio consists of a king-size bed with air conditioning and a ceiling fan, a living area with a small library and an open large kitchenette with a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a separate bathroom with a shower and a 220V razor. The Terrace Studio opens to a small garden with an outdoor dining table with a parasol and beach beds overlooking the pool area.
